How To Spoof SMS for Free

I love Social Engineering and today i am going to share my idea that how i spoof sms for free using a simple technique.

Lets Start 

What You Need ? 

• Online Free SMS sending website
• FireFox with TamperData Plugin 

For This tutorial i will use http://freesmsland.com/ A website for sending free sms to anywhere in the world and works well.

1. Open the free sms website for me i will open http://freesmsland.com/  
2. Fill Up the Form like phone number,  msg , captcha and everything 
   
3. Now Open TamperData in FireFox from Menu > Tools > Tamper Data 
4. After Opening Tamper Data Click on  " Start Tamper "
5. After Clicking on this Immediately click on Send Button to Send SMS 
6. Now another box will appear with asking you to tamper the http request or not just click on Tamper
   
   
7. Now Another Box will Appear with details like sender id , name , sms , phone number etc 
   
8. In this just replace the sender ID with the number you want to spoof or any name which you want to use as a sender ID ( note: please use short name if you are willing to use alphabets) 
9. Now Click on OK and See the Magic 

After Clicking on OK this will send the msg to the given number with your customize sender id or name.

Whats The Logic Behind This Trick ? 

When you click on send button it sends data using HTTP request and what we have did is we have tampered the HTTP request using Tamper Data Plugin.

Alternative For Tamper Data 

Alternative for Tamper Data Plugin is Live Http Headers which is also a plugin like tamper data you can google this for firefox but i suggest you to use tamper data.
